We have all seen them. Windshield chips are not only unsightly, they also put your windshield in danger of further damage. Repair is much cheaper and safer than replacement.
Replacing a windshield is often done incorrectly, even by reputable replacement shops. An incorrect installation may leak, or worse yet come loose in the event of a collision (increasing risk of roof collapse in a roll-over and increasing risk of passenger ejection through the front of the car). Avoid all of this risk by having your windshield repaired rather than replaced.
